Rabies Vaccination Clinic

Fairfax County performs a low-cost rabies vaccination clinic several times per year. If your dog needs his or her rabies vaccine, you can bring them to the Fairfax County Animal Shelter between 2-4pm on scheduled clinic days. The shelter is located at 4500 West Ox Road in Fairfax. The next clinics are scheduled for:

2009 Dog Licenses on Sale Soon

Most area jurisdictions wii begin selling 2009 dog licenses around November 1st. We strongly encourage you to renew your license immediately if you receive a renewal by mail, or visit your town or county offices in November to purchase the new year's license. Remember - proof of rabies vaccine is required.
